Doug Zeller didn't discover real estate — he grew up in it. His father started selling El Dorado County property in 1965, and Doug spent his childhood watching deals get made. He got his own license in 1991 and has been a Broker/Owner ever since, never working under anyone else's flag.

Nicole brings the operational and marketing side of the business to life — from how listings are positioned and presented to how clients are communicated with from first inquiry to close. Together, Doug and Nicole cover every angle: the deep field knowledge and the professional polish that gets homes sold.

Doug's expertise is tactile. He knows what a county permit pull looks like. He understands wells, septic systems, roofing conditions, and termite reports in a way that only comes from decades of rural and semi-rural transactions. He knows the fire insurance realities of every zip code in the foothills — and he'll tell you all of it before it becomes your problem.

When they visit properties, Doug often brings Vito — their Cane Corso, a 100-pound dog with the temperament of a golden retriever. Vito has a way of making every property tour feel less like a business transaction and more like an adventure with a friend. Clients tend to remember the house, and the dog.
